Remember the Tom Yum Goong Mix that Jannie brought me from Thailand? Well, last Sunday I had the chance to use it (sorry, forgot to take a photo of it). Brought the ingredients at Robinsons Supermarket and here it is:

Never thought that it was THAT easy to cook Tom Yum Goong! And the taste is fantastic!
