Look how clean the main road is! Pine trees pave the main road.
The municipality of Don Salvador Benedicto is known locally as "Little Baguio" because of its cool climate. I think it was in the year of 2009 that it was declared as the Summer Capital of Negros. DSB is 45 minutes to an hour's drive from Bacolod (depending on traffic) and is about 47 kilometers away.
Boy is selling his "rights" to one of his farmlands along the main road. Yes! You can literally park beside the highway. That's how close it is. This farmland is 2.250 hectares and it is fully fenced with 6ft of cyclone wire all around the property. And totally perfect for organic farming.
I don't know if it's clear enough to see but those bamboos are the fences surrounding the entire property

There's an abundance of fruit bearing trees everywhere: Papaya, Calamansi, Jackfruit, Banana, Yakun (root crop known to fight cancer cells and other diseases) and many more.
The concrete house in the property was owned by the previous owner from whom my uncle bought the rights. It looks livable with a little renovation. Ha!
This section of the farm was for his eleven cows which were eventually transferred to his Victorias Farm. That's why it is empty.
And before I forget, Native Coffee! AHA!
At the back of the property is a fish pond with Coi or Carp fishes. Geez, I forgot. Behind the pond is the spring water. I did not bother to go down that far because I was getting a little bit exhuasted.
Jemelina, Narra can be seen scattered all over the area.
Dopol his caretaker also took us to another property of his just a few meters away from here which has flowers planted everywhere.
This plant guards the main entrance. I don't know why I like it but I do! I have to ask my good friend Josef for the name of this plant. Calling Josef! [Josef: This is an Agave Plant]
I love Hydrangeas! So elegant and regal. They love cool weather and they grow beautifully here in DSB because of it's high altitude.
And how about these lovely white lilies? What do you think?
Giant Spathiphyllums or Peace Lily! They say it loves the weather here that's why it grew that big. I don't know. Fact or Fallacy?
In Hiligaynon they call this plant "Bituka" (literal translation in English is "Intestines"). I don't know the English name. Sorry. [Josef: Scientific name is Medinilla Magnifica]
These are Yakun plant which obviously bears Yakun fruit. DUH! Anyway, Mother bought five kilos of Yakun Fruit for personal consumption. hahahaha!
